Modular

 

For modular Stainless Steel products the UK and European Standard is BS-EN 1856, every one of the products we sell has been Manufactured, Tested and Certified to this Standard with a Declaration of Performance. Each product is also CE kite marked complying with the latest Building Regulations. 

 

Each flue system has a full technical report and Certificate showing the proven capabilities, which is available on request. In addition to the initial testing of the system a Factory Production Procedure is part of the Audit trail ensuring that only the materials used in the test are used on the production line. Periodic testing is a further guarantee of the quality and suitability of the application. All of the products we use have a minimum guarantee of 10 years and have a minimum corrosion rating of V2.

 

Our flue sizing program is BS-EN 13384 compliant

Where modular systems are inadequate we manufacture made to measure high pressure systems in steel or stainless steel to meet the requirements of any consultant, designer or specifiers requirements. We can also incorporate a provision for pressure/explosion relief panels, if required. All of our manufacturing meets current regulations and for special projects we have coded welder certification.
